With 30 years of soccer experience, including playing stints in Europe and Asia, Sam has dedicated his career to developing the next generation of soccer talent. Growing up in Montville, NJ, Sam’s passion for the sport led him to train at the prestigious Bridges to the Pros Academy in Chicago, known for producing US National Team stars like Michael Bradley and Jay Demerit. Following his time at the academy, Sam underwent professional trials in Poland, signing his first professional contract with KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. His career took him across Poland, China, Hong Kong, and India, before he chose to return to the US to focus on coaching.

As the founder of SG Elite, Sam has mentored and trained over 40 top Division 1 college soccer players. He is passionate about building programs that challenge and inspire athletes, helping them excel both on and off the field.

Originally from Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, Poland, Marlena went to the University of Warsaw and graduated with a Masters in Chinese Language. At the same time she was completing her Masters, Marlena attended another University, Collegium Civitas, studying Business Management. She is fluent in English, Polish and Chinese language, which will allow us to continue building our relationships with different clubs and agencies throughout the world.

​Rebecca is a former Division I soccer player from Hardwick, New Jersey. She began her collegiate career at Boston College, where she played for two years before transferring to Towson University to complete her remaining three years of eligibility. Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Towson University.
